We hired Lake Gaston Concierge when we were going to be away for an extended period of time. There had been some recent break-ins in the area which went undetected for unknown periods of time so we did not feel comfortable leaving our home unattended.

We checked into some of the national “security companies” for alarm systems, but we did not want to commit to a 2 year contract, ongoing expense and the various fees and surcharges associated with installation and equipment. Also, Wayne and his team could offer personalized services that the other companies could not.

It was a relief to know a home walk-through was done routinely to check for security breaches, plumbing and electrical issues, any unwanted flyers/solicitations, refrigerators/de-humidifiers/motion lights, timers, etc. working properly. Also, it was comforting to know there was regular visible activity at our home.

Lake Gaston Concierge was very reliable and services were provided as promised. Wayne and his team are “top notch”. Rates are very reasonable for the services provided, and there were no long-term commitments. We were very happy with Lake Gaston Concierge and will be using them again in the near future.
